This Privacy Policy applies to the Signature Maker application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). The Application allows users to create handwritten signatures by drawing or capturing photos and embed those signatures into documents such as PDF files.
User privacy is a core principle of the Application. All signature creation and document processing are performed locally on the user’s device.
The Application does not collect, transmit, or store users’ signature data, documents, or document contents on any external server.
For authentication purposes only, the Application uses Firebase Authentication to store basic user login information (such as a unique user identifier).
All signature creation (drawing or camera capture) and document embedding operations are executed entirely on the user’s device.
Signature data, images, and documents never leave the device and are not uploaded, processed, or backed up on any server.
Signature data and documents are stored locally on the user’s device according to the device’s operating system storage rules.
The Application does not have access to or control over locally stored data once it is saved on the device.
By using the Application, users consent to the local processing of signature and document data on their device and to the storage of authentication-related information via Firebase.
Since signature data and documents are stored locally, retention and deletion are fully controlled by the user.
Users can delete their locally stored signatures or documents at any time through the Application or their device settings.
The Application follows platform best practices to protect user data stored on the device.
Authentication data stored in Firebase is protected using industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase.
The Application does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
Firebase Authentication is used solely for user login and account management. No other third-party APIs or services are used for processing signature or document data.
Users have full control over their signature data and documents stored locally on their device.
Users may request account deletion, which will remove their authentication data from Firebase systems.
The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or operational practices.
