By accessing or using the Signature Maker application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective upon being posted within the Application. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Application may require user authentication for certain features. Authentication is handled using Firebase Authentication.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Signature Maker allows users to create handwritten signatures by drawing or capturing photos and embed those signatures into documents such as PDF files.
All signature creation and document processing are performed locally on the user’s device. The Application does not upload or store signature data or documents on external servers.
Any signatures, images, or documents created or used within the Application remain the property of the user.
Since all processing occurs locally, we do not access, store, or use user content beyond what is required to provide the Application’s functionality on the device.
You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Application or interfere with other users’ use of the Application.
The Application, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for all purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at our discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.
